I got the shoes and the leather was disappointing. It felt stiff and kind of cheap right out of the box, which wasn’t what I expected for the price. After wearing them just briefly, they were already starting to crease. On top of that, the constant reminders to leave a review felt way too aggressive and got annoying fast. I wouldn’t buy these again.

I reached out to toboot.com about my order and got such mixed signals. I’d get a late reply here and there, but nothing that actually answered my question clearly. I had to follow up more than once, which made it feel like they were kind of helping but not really. Maybe the product is fine, but the customer service side was frustrating enough that I wouldn’t order again unless they improve it.

I ordered my usual size since I already have other boots in that size, and I even checked the size chart first!!! These still ended up being way too tight, so it definitely wasn’t like I just guessed or picked randomly!!!

I exchanged them for a half size up, and then the heels were way too loose!!! Super frustrating when the sizing is this inconsistent, especially after dealing with return shipping and all the waiting around!!! I don’t think I’ll order these online again!!!
